Firstly, a very warm welcome to Identity UK. Our salon experience will be unlike anything else you've encountered! Whilst we always strive to provide you with the best level of service possible, we also ensure that this is not at the expense of your personal enjoyment.
How many times have you visited a high-end salon where you wanted to turn on your heels and walk straight out again? If this is your first visit with us, please be aware that you will be asked for a deposit to secure your appointment. This will only apply to your first visit only and we generally ask for a 50% deposit. This amount will be taken off your bill and is fully refundable if you have to cancel your appointment, as long as you give us at least 24 hours notice.
What else can you expect on your first visit? We offer complimentary refreshments, including a wide range of herbal and fruit teas. Perhaps more importantly, we offer a warm welcome and probably the most friendliest and comfortable salon visit you've ever had. Oh, and stylists that actually do listen to what you want and can deliver.
